Orientation night - After classes, about 3.30pm, Sarah and I went for the voting session. The student council thing. There were balloons, music and lighting at the ground floor. I thought it was pretty well done. Anyway, we headed back to Sarah's house to change for the party.

We were back by 5pm. Then all I could see was people standing on the escalators (they don't work, k?) and crowding infront of the Alpha Theater. The party was like....so dead. After half an hour of standing around, the performances started with Marcia (not me) and all singing. It was good :)

After a while, they started serving food. Mind you, it was TGI. So EVERYONE cramped and rushed to the Beta Theater for food. Typical Malaysian style right?

There were more performances after that. Most of them were performing slow songs. The crowd was pretty much... bored. Standing there and looking around. No wait, some were SITTING. The crowd picked up when Lucas and Faiz started doing their sketch. Funny, I must say :)

The Student Council results were announced after a while. Congrats to all who made it! The crowd really picked up when the dance performance started. Everyone was dancing! The music was awesome and so was the lighting. Then, the party had officially started!

I must say, it looked more like a club than a college. So basically, everyone spent the night dancing away. The crowd went high :p

Went over to Hartamas Shopping Centre for dinner with Sarah, Leon, Alex and Ming. Because they had to close the door on the 1st floor, we had to walk outside to the mall, in the rain. Our initial plan was a little messed up because of several reasons.

I came back about 10pm that night, dead tired.

Overall, the party was great! Although it didn't start of that well, but the music and dancing made up for it.

So yeah...TCSH is awesome :)

The whole week of college was great. I PONTENGed LAN on Wednesday and went to the mamak. HAHAHAHAHA. Hey! It was 3.30pm- 4.30pm, can't expect much right?

Overall, the party was great. Although the beginning wasn't anything great, but the music and dancing made up for it.

I actually had 2 days MC to skip college, for today and tmrw. That's because I had fever yesterday, but I still went today. Ah, suffered like hell yesterday. Constantly sleeping, feeling hot and cold, terrible headache and I had to drink that horrible chinese herbal tea before I slept. Ew.

Had LAN during second period today. And today's topic was about races. The lecturer went on about the country's population, then Malay, Chinese, Indian and Orang Asli. Okay, everyone was literally dying of boredom. No one was listening. I swear I could see Kah Fai and Yee Kan smiling/laughing on the other side of the theater during CERTAIN TOPICS. And Leon and Ming were clever enough to ditch class and yam cha. wtf.

Hmm, apparently we have 4 LAN projects now. And one of it was to write a unity song. Okay. The others would be the folio, presentation on current issues and mind map. What the....?!?

So, all the candidates for Student Council started campaigning today. I see the posters/flyers EVERYWHERE. Every corner of the college, even the toilet! A little disturbing kan?

Oh and I have to say, my class is retarded. HAHAHAHA. Kah Fai should know best. Don't you?

bitch on the loose.

I am sick. Argh. I hate this feeling. I slept at 10.30pm yesterday (the last time I did that was during primary school). I usually don't sleep early. So yeah, imagine how awful I felt.

I was planning to go to college this morning, but when I woke up around 6am, my head gave me a clear signal to ditch classes today. Yeah, the headache was still there. I slept like a pig till 12pm. I am abnormal I tell you. Which normal human sleeps more than 12 hours a day?!

Anyways, my mum took me to lunch before going to the doctors. When we were about to leave the mall (at the carpark), THIS MALAY WOMAN (I don't mean to sound racist lah), intending on reversing her old nissan car into the parking lot, banged my mum's new honda. It wasn't badly dented, but her attitude was like fuck. She came out of the car, acting all sombong, took her digital camera and started snapping photos of the damage. Seriously, my driver tried to talk to her but she tak layan. Ehh fuck, she was the one who reversed without signaling ok? Obviously, she's at fault. Now, she makes it look as if it's ours. Who the hell does she think she is? My driver nearly wanted to whack her, but she was a woman. So yeah. Ehh, please don't mistake me having a mafia family, k? Police report was the only solution.

Okay, enough of that.

I refuse to go home after the doctors so I went to jalan- jalan around town, while my classmates were being tortured in Thinking Skills. HAHAHAHA. Thank god I missed class.

And also, thanks to many of you who actually bothered texting and stuff to check whether I was ok. I feel quite touched considering we haven't been classmates more than 2 weeks and also a little surprised.

So yeah, thank you! I really appreciate it :)

Hmm.. College has been a blast. The lecturers are good and funny. And everyone in class gets along really well for starters. Hanging out and stuff. Life at college isn't that dull after all. Definitely more to come!

the unusual difference.

This marks the end of the 1st week of college. Well, acutally I am currently at Taylors Hartamas. If you really wanna know why I did this last minute transfer, just come and ask me. But I believe most of you should know.

Anyways, Taylors Hartamas is a really new, EXTREMELY COLD!!, and modern looking campus. The library and hang out place is really cool. Well, except for one thing. The management never turned on the escalators. Smart move. I was pretty sure they were working perfectly fine during campus day.

I am doing the Pure Science combination, Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Economics (I swear I know nuts about it). I think our class, PS 2 got the nicest class cause we have a window and green walls. Most of the classes look more like a cell. Normally, we draw the curtains and open the window during classes. The cold is unbearable, really.

I like all of our lecturers except for one, I'm not to keen on. Somehow, I don't find her teaching convincing. Hmm, at least my classmates feels the same way.

Ethanoate, is pronounced as Eeee-Tha-No-Ate.

Ammonia, is pronounced as Aaaa-Mo-Nia.

Aluminium; Aaaa-Lu-Mi-Nium.


Aiyo wtf. I can't stand it cause I am so used to Mr Sheat being so meticulous.

There's 17 students in class. 4 girls and 13 guys. Everyone's getting along quite well I guess, considering we haven't met. I'm happy to see some of my friend of primary and those from other schools. It's something different. Everyone there is really nice and friendly.

09/01/09 (Friday)

College ended about 12.30pm today. So I hitched a ride from Kah Fai back to Cempaka Dsara. We both agreed that college was really different from last year, 5 SCIENCE 1.

Erwan, Rach, Sean and HY were there. Mr Sheat and Cik Zakiah was pretty happy to see us and they some how knew about the Smashing 6 award during prom O.o Okayyyy.

Everything is still the same, except that Mr Sheat doesn't stay and do work in his prep room anymore. HAHAHAHA. Apparently, something had happened.

Anyhow, we saw Pn Jamiliah (maths) on the way up the wrong stairs. She was coming down and bumped into us. Pn J looked so shocked. Her expression was hilarious. Then, she went on about smashing 6 again.

And this was the best part,

Actually, last year's 5 Science 1 was the worst ever in cempaka. (of course we know that)

They are not stupid, mereka semua pandai. Tapi they are all CRAZYY, you know!!!

Their attitude ahhh....

Erwan and I just couldn't stop laughing when we heard that. And it certainly reminded me of all the times at school where we slept in physics, not paying attention in class, annoying cik esha, not doing homework and having Firdaus to do something funny.

It's so different now. I miss being in 5 Science 1. Sigh.

Those were the days. Hmm, I say we should go back in our school uniform one day and scare the teachers. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Class of 2008 is back :)

I have to cut this short, for now. I just shifted house yesterday. And currently, I have no house phone, no internet connection, no dvd player, no astro. Okay, I am doomed.

30/12/08 (Tuesday)

Met up with Sean and Jun Kit at Bangsar Village and ate dinner. Then, we decided to go to Baskin Robbins for desert. They had the 31% discount thing. So, the 3 of us chose a flavour each and ordered one pint. And of course, finished everything.

Then, headed to The Social for drinking :)

31/12/08 (Wednesday); New Year's Eve.

The plan was the meet up at TTDI plaza at 7pm. And sadly, I have to admit that it's actually my 1st time going out during New Year's Eve. Hmm, but I was happy I wasn't the ONLY ONE :)

When Quang, Kenneth, Erwan and Em arrived, we had our dinner at Frames. Yee Kan came later cause he spent most of his time debating on the phone with Erwan whether to go or not. Well, he did eventually.

Went up to Steph's place after dinner and we decided to scare Niraj when he came. Most of us hid in the dark. And it was a real laugh to watch him freak out.

And the best part was listening to the eerie ghost stories in the dark. We heard Niraj stories and Steph's one, no one was patient enough to wait for Quang to finish his.

Niraj and Quang then started screaming at the balcony. And it wasn't even 12am yet.
